Victor has extensive experience in business development within high-technology environments, and
a keen interest in entrepreneurship and venturing. He has been with Embraer Aerospace since graduation from Sloan, where he is involved with Technology Development Strategy and the management of innovation. Victor lives in São José dos Campos with his wife and two children, and is a sailing enthusiast (Dinghy and Laser), a hobby to which he was introduced between classes at MIT.
