A former medical doctor, Ricardo shifted his career since graduation from Sloan and became an Educational Advisor, co-founding in 1990 a HR consulting company focusing on the fields of MBA Counseling, Executive Development, and Assessment Center. His favorite hobbies are traveling and camping in the countryside with his wife and two children. Ricardo is a long-time enthusiast of the idea of creating a Brazilian Sloan Club, being delighted to see that this dream finally took off.
